Our Player Development Squads:
- aim to develop individual players both on and off the pitch;offer additional training for players keen to continue their football development;
- encourage players to maintain their love of football, whilst continuing to play with their local club;
- focus on building players confidence in an inclusive environment, that we have seen filter through to other aspects of their life
